Our policy is to always use the latest physiology research to craft the most effective program possible, to provide the greatest training effect with minimal commitment (you get faster with less time invested in training). Since you have to ride indoors to avoid the cold and snow anyway, you might as well complete the most effective exercise prescription with up to 15 of your closest friends. If you have never participated in a winter training program such as this, you are truly missing out; it is incredibly motivating, and makes it much easier to complete a very rigorous workout, than it would be alone. As always, your training will be personalized by lactate threshold training zones.

Registration is now open, and we are providing a 10% discount through the end of September for anyone that signs up for the whole winter program from November 1 through March 31, which also includes 2 lactate threshold tests. For the 2015-2016 winter season, our indoor training program will be structured a bit differently; instead of signing up for a 6-week blocking period, we will be using a monthly-subscription plan, which should provide more freedom for everyone! The training program will still follow the same 90-minute format and 6-week training cycles, but the monthly billing cycle will be much easier.
