Currently available group summer training programs:

– 1 x Indoor:  Tuesday or Thursday Morning at 6am for 90 minutes; also includes 2 workouts to complete on your own

– 2 x Indoor: Tuesday and Thursday Morning at 6am for 90 minutes; also includes 1 additional workout to complete on your own

– 1 x Outdoor:  Wednesday evening outdoor workout at 6pm, plus two additional workouts to complete on your own

– 1 x Indoor + 1 x Outdoor: Tuesday morning 6am or Thursday 6am indoor working and Wednesday evening 6pm outdoor workout; also includes 1 additional workout to complete on your own.
